Pet Fee (Upfront): $350.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $25.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Trash Fee - Valet Service Fee: $31.00 (Monthly)

Pest Control Fee: $5.00 (Monthly)

Boiler Management Fee: $16.75 (Monthly)

Package Services Fee: $20.00 (Monthly)

Parking Fee Additional Space: $75.00 (Optional Monthly)
